Wednesday December 1 will be a half day at the secondary campus to accommodate the Christmas concerts. The school day will end at 12:25pm.
Pick up: Students can be picked up at 12:25pm.
Bus to elementary: The bus to the elementary campus will leave at the regular time of 3:25pm. Students taking the bus will have their lunches in a classroom and then will attend the Christmas concert. Students should obtain a ticket for the matinee.
Students performing in the Christmas concert: Please refer to the communication from the music department regarding pick up times. If your music student is staying on campus between the matinee and evening performances, please let us know by registering them here: https://forms.gle/haYf9oFEPPkSXCeQ6. This way we know which students we are responsible for between performances.
