Andy Grove, former CEO of Intel offered the following quote:
Bad teams are destroyed by crisis, good teams survive them, and great teams are improved by them. Does this remind you of our community?
This quote has been instructive during the pandemic and reminds me that, in our Christian walk, God is sovereign. That extends to the expressions of secular thinking.
Our school community, JKCS, like many other (not all) school systems is learning new and compelling ways of delivery, new ways to engage students. We are also learning new ways to encounter God, Christ and the Holy Spirit who are not in any way limited by the pandemic.
Our staff continues to walk the path God is setting before us. We are learning by encountering. We are persevering and growing by following him. We are supporting one another. Like our students, God is improving us through challenge. He will not allow us to be defeated.
