On Saturday, April 13th, after three years of dedication and hard work, Mr. Wasik completed the final presentation component of the Master of Education in Educational Administration & Leadership program at the University of British Columbia.
With his team, Mr. Wasik presented research findings to a panel of experts in the field of inclusive classrooms and school communities. Mr. Wasik’s team focused their research on school communities that effectively foster inclusion by prioritizing every individual’s fundamental right to belong. In the audience, Mr. Wasik was supported by his friends and family, as well as his mentors Mrs. Perttula and Mr. & Mrs. Tigchelaar. He is truly grateful for all of the ways that they have carried him through to reach his goal!
