When: Wednesday’s from 8:40-9:25 a.m.
Where: meet in the lobby of John Knox Christian elementary school, run in the surrounding neighbourhood
Why: for fun and fellowship! Oh wait, and exercise
Who: parents, neighbours, and anyone who wants to run
How: we’ll aim to run for 30 min (short walk breaks as needed). We want to encourage others to get into running, and we won’t leave anyone behind!
