What a joy to see staff and students back at school this week! Our staff worked hard to keep students safe and socially distanced. We implemented extensive protocols and students did an excellent job of following instructions. The school certainly looked different! Green tape on the floors, directional signals and signs, all helped remind students of how to keep one another safe. We are especially thankful for our custodians, Anna and Gordie who were present throughout the day to disinfect railings, bathrooms, and high frequency areas within the school. Even our traffic pathway for pick up and drop off were organized differently than usual to allow for less contact among adults. I am thankful to God for our community and staff efforts to make the first two days back at school successful. Thanks be to God!
