This year we invite you, our JKCS families and friends, to join us in a musical celebration of the Christmas season from the comfort of your own home. Students have been working hard, trying new instruments, listening, learning patterns, and working together to prepare a musical gift for you. It has been fun and challenging as we prepare to record their pieces and then share them with our school community on Tuesday, Dec. 15 (intermediate) and Thursday, Dec. 17 (primary). Please encourage your child(ren) to do their best and ask about their songs but there may be some surprises that they will want you to experience only on the evening of the presentation! Our recording sessions take place during the school days on Nov. 30 (grades K and 1), Dec. 3 (grades 2 and 3) and Dec. 9 (grades 4-6). We look forward to sharing our music with you.
