By now, we all know the Knox Walk supports a great cause – we are privileged to raise money for our school, school families, and the UGM. What a blessing to bless others! But we also like to add some extra incentives to make it extra fun, and don’t we all need a bit of extra fun in our lives right now?
Prizes!
To encourage the participation of every student, we will be awarding six $50 Chapters gift cards to six Students: There are three grade-group categories: Grades K-3, Grades 4-6, and Grades 7-12. In each category there can be two student winners: the student with the greatest number of sponsors, and the student with the greatest dollar value raised will each get a prize. (Please note: each individual student is only eligible for one prize.) There are four additional prizes this year! All students at the elementary campus who raise $100 or more will be entered into a draw for one of two huge Lego sets (the particular sets will be chosen especially for the winners!), and all students at the secondary campus who raise $100 or more will be entered into a draw for one of two sets of AirPods!
What about the Pizza Party?
In a typical school year, the class that collectively raises the most money gets a fabulous pizza party! It looks like we won’t be all together in our classes again this year, but we still want to celebrate our Knox Walk success
as a whole. So, I have an extra challenge for you! If 300 students sign up for the Knox Walk (95 have signed up so far), we will have a whole school pizza party when we are all together again! Encourage other students
to sign up so we can celebrate together!
